Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to lead and manage our partnerships for the Kindix program. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for schools, educational institutions, and stakeholders utilizing the Kindix school management platform. You will bridge the gap between education and technology, ensuring smooth system implementation, high user satisfaction, and long-term client retention.

This is a hybrid role based out of Jerusalem, combining work-from-home flexibility with required, hands-on visits to schools to foster deep, real-world connections.

Key Responsibilities

  • School Relations & Onboarding: Act as the primary advisor for schools using Kindix, managing the end-to-end implementation process and ensuring school administrators and staff are fully equipped to use the technology.
  • On-Site Engagement: Conduct regular physical visits to schools within the region to provide support, gather feedback, and strengthen partnership bonds.
  • Retention & Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor account usage, anticipate client pain points, and provide timely tech-educational solutions to ensure total system integration.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with the Lisni operations team and Kindix product developers to channel school feedback into continuous platform improvements.
  • Data Reporting: Maintain precise records of school onboarding milestones, usage metrics, and client satisfaction targets within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a school relations/educational-tech capacity.
  • Mobility: Must possess a valid driver's license and own a car (with travel compensation provided) for regular on-site school visits.
  • Location: Ability to manage accounts effectively in the Jerusalem region.
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills. A natural ability to explain technological systems to non-technical users patiently and clearly.
  • Languages: Fluency in Hebrew is required; proficiency in Arabic and/or English is a major advantage for multicultural institutional support.
