About Role
The Business Sales Development Representative will be a key driver of Lisni's growth. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients who can benefit from our comprehensive outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" with a passion for building relationships and a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face in scaling their operations. You will be the first point of contact for new prospects, playing a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and showcasing the value of Lisni's services.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Research and identify companies that are ideal candidates for our sales, customer service, and digital marketing outsourcing services.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate a pipeline of new business opportunities through a multi-channel approach, including cold calling, personalized email campaigns, social media outreach (especially LinkedIn), and networking.
- Client Engagement: Initiate and lead discovery calls with key decision-makers (e.g., CEOs, VPs of Sales, Heads of Operations) to understand their business needs, operational pain points, and growth objectives.
- Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and compellingly communicate Lisni's value proposition, explaining how our tailored remote team solutions can help businesses reduce costs, increase efficiency, and drive revenue.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and decision-making timeline to ensure they are a strong fit for Lisni's services.
- Pipeline Management: Meticulously manage and track all sales activities, leads, and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies, messaging, and campaign execution.
- Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for key performance indicators (KPIs), such as the number of qualified appointments set and new opportunities created.
Requirementrs
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably within the BPO, SaaS, or professional services industry.
- A demonstrable track record of meeting and exceeding lead generation and sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive and professional messages.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- A self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of outreach.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages (such as Arabic or Hebrew) are a strong asset.
