About the Role

As a Telemarketing Sales Representative, you will be a key driver of Lisni's growth. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying potential clients over the phone who can benefit from our comprehensive outsourcing solutions. The ideal candidate is a proactive "hunter" with a passion for building relationships and a deep understanding of the challenges businesses face when scaling their operations. Serving as the first point of contact for new prospects, you will play a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and showcasing the true value of Lisni's services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients primarily through outbound calling and direct outreach.
  • Professionally present Lisni’s services and clearly communicate our value proposition to business owners and decision-makers over the phone.
  • Actively listen to understand client needs and pain points, and recommend the most suitable outsourcing solutions.
  • Diligently follow up with prospects to overcome objections and close sales deals effectively.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned monthly sales and call-volume targets.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, interactions, and progress within the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance metrics for management.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, trust, and retention.

Requirements

  • Proven previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to work independently in a remote environment, handle pressure, and achieve strict targets.
  • Solid computer literacy, including hands-on experience with CRM software.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for professional business calls.
