Position Overview
Are you looking to kickstart your career in business development and sales? We are looking for a highly motivated, energetic Junior Sales Agent & Lead Gen specialist to join our growing team. This role is the engine of our sales pipeline—you will focus on identifying high-potential prospects, executing outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and setting up our sales team for success.
This is an entry-level position with immense room for growth, hands-on training, and career advancement within our commercial department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Research, identify, and map out potential corporate and individual clients using digital tools, LinkedIn, and market databases.
- Inbound & Outbound Outreach: Initiate first contact with prospects through cold calling, professional email campaigns, and social selling.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct introductory discovery calls to understand prospect needs, qualify budget and authority, and pitch our value proposition.
- Pipeline Management: Seamlessly pass qualified opportunities to senior sales executives and schedule product demonstrations or follow-up meetings.
- CRM Upkeep: Maintain meticulous records of all outreach activities, prospect details, and follow-up schedules within our internal database.
Requirements
- Experience: Prior experience in a customer-facing role (sales, customer service, or telemarketing) is a plus, but a strong drive and willingness to learn are most important.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional phone presence.
- Mindset: Highly resilient, persistent, and comfortable handling rejection. A goal-oriented self-starter who loves hitting targets.
- Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn product features, industry pain points, and sales methodologies.
