We are seeking a creative and data-driven B2B Marketing Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this part-time hybrid role , you will be responsible for planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads, and strengthening long-term client relationships.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, capable of delivering measurable impact and ensuring clients achieve their goals — all within a flexible 3-hour daily schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Plan and implement targeted B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified leads and support business growth.
  • Digital Advertising:  Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, and social media platforms to drive awareness and conversions.
  • Content & Messaging: Develop engaging marketing materials (blog posts, case studies, ads copy, & presentations) tailored to client and industry needs.
  • Client Engagement:  Act as the primary marketing contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client objectives are met and providing ongoing insights and recommendations.
  • Market Insights:  Monitor industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage marketing budgets: Allocate resources efficiently, track spending, and optimize campaigns within budget.

Requirementrs

  • Experience: 4+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, account management, or a similar role.
  • Availability to work part-time .
  • Marketing Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage digital marketing campaigns, paid advertising (Google & social media), content strategies, and lead generation initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret campaign data, draw insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Self-Discipline: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects in a hybrid, part-time setting.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and advanced performance marketing strategies.
  • Experience in a startup or small business environment where flexibility and multitasking are essential.
