About the Role
As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind Lisni's revenue growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing remote sales team (including our Telemarketing Sales Representatives). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, capable of designing scalable sales workflows and closing high-level strategic deals. You will play a vital role in shaping the company's sales strategy and ensuring we consistently exceed our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive localized sales strategy and growth plan for the Jerusalem and Haifa markets.
- Establish clear monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the regional team.
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, providing localized training and support to maximize their potential and conversion rates.
- Monitor team performance, analyze daily/weekly sales reports, and identify areas for optimization.
- Oversee and improve CRM processes and sales workflows to ensure high efficiency and accurate pipeline forecasting.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong face-to-face and remote relationships with key strategic clients and partners across Jerusalem and Haifa.
- Ensure all regional revenue targets and overarching company growth objectives are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar field.
- Significant previous experience managing, building, and scaling a successful sales team.
- Deep understanding of the business culture and market dynamics in Jerusalem and Haifa.
- A strong, documented track record of driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication skills in Hebrew, English, and Arabic are needed to seamlessly connect with our diverse local clients.
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and team management within the Jerusalem and Haifa areas.
