Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Team Leader to spearhead our growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, optimizing our campaigns and sales pipelines to exceed company targets and maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide, motivate, and manage the daily activities of the sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Strategy Execution: Implement and oversee data-driven sales strategies and marketing campaigns to expand our market reach and boost acquisition.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze pipeline metrics, and provide regular reports and actionable insights to senior management.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously refine sales scripts, onboarding processes, and marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and operations teams to align messaging, improve customer onboarding, and ensure a seamless client journey.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in sales and/or marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Attributes: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching others to success.
