About the Role

As the Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind Lisni's revenue growth and market expansion. You will be responsible for building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing remote sales team (including our Telemarketing Sales Representatives). The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record in B2B sales leadership, capable of designing scalable sales workflows and closing high-level strategic deals. You will play a vital role in shaping the company's sales strategy and ensuring we consistently exceed our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive sales strategy and growth plan aligned with Lisni's business objectives.
  • Establish clear monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both the team and individual representatives.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, providing ongoing training and support to maximize their potential and conversion rates.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze daily/weekly sales reports, and identify areas for optimization.
  • Oversee and improve CRM processes and sales workflows to ensure high efficiency and accurate pipeline forecasting.
  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key strategic clients and partners.
  • Ensure all revenue targets and overarching company growth objectives are met or exceeded.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar field.
  • Significant previous experience managing, building, and scaling a successful sales team.
  • A strong, documented track record of driving revenue growth and consistently exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and decision-making skills in a remote work environment.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Deep expertise in CRM software and sales analytics.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages (like Arabic) are a strong asset.
